These are the notes I have on Elemis products (2010). These are important to have with you at all times! You will use more than you can imagine. When you arrive at the Academy, you'll be given current ones.
The Warming Touch.
It is highly emphasized how important it is to introduce each session with the warming touch. You'll learn it your first or second day.
There's an exact way to set up the massage trolley (cart, table, whatever). You're probably graded on this too...
You'll receive a packet with details, uses, etc for EACH Elemis Product. Make notes. The instructors will emphasize which details are most important. Such as PRICE.

After you learn, memorize, and pass the test for one of the above procedures, you'll receive a certificate! Similar to this:
While working on board, each guest will fill out a consultation form to help you understand what the need out of the treatment. You'll also use this to help decide what to suggest they purchase. You will practice these consultations at the academy.
